Look at Clay; it's a sculpture that embodies beauty and exquisite proportions, much more than just a table. Since its debut at the 2015 Milan Furniture Fair, it has won important accolades such as the Red Dot Award for Product Design in 2016, the Good Design Award in 2016, and the Iconic Design Award in 2015. This table, which forms the traditional round table, defies gravity by skilfully balancing two cones of different shapes at their opposite vertices. Clay breaks conventions: it’s remarkable yet essential piece is created by its geometric volumes. With its oval shape and elliptical base and top, Clay is a visually arresting sculpture that boldly supports the meeting of two volumes in perfect balance with very little support.
